Friends, today I came across another example from Tasleem Lakhnavii in which a normal "nuun" is rhymed with a tanviin.

qaid apnaa vuh aap pur-fan thaa
Halqah-i-zulf tauq-i-gardan thaa
3uzr maani3 nah thaa ko'ii tasliim
tark-i-shi3r-o-suxan qasad-an thaa
