They would have been and to some extent still are, but everything
changed when the Queen died.

Chucky became King, so his title as "Prince of Wales" was automatically
inherited by William as the next heir. William, Kate and their kids are
now the "Wales" family and their official titles are ...

- His Royal Highness Prince William of Wales
- His Royal Highness Princess Catherine of Wales
- His Royal Highness Prince George of Wales
- His Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Wales
- His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Wales

William is also still Duke of Cambridge, so they all still retain that
titles as well.

So technically there are three Princes of Cambridge and three Princes
of Wales, and similarly two Princesses for both, but their official
titles include their names with the shortened version being just
laziness (mostly by the media).
