- The go-home Smackdown for Survivor Series opened with Paul Heyman and the Usos ready to crown Roman Reigns as King. They had the crown that King Woods had. Woods was attacked by Roman Reigns, who stomped on Woods' crown as the Usos held down Reigns. Heyman announced that Woods and Reigns would meet to close the show. The Usos and Big E then appeared. Woods attacked the Usos, then Big E took out "The Head of the Table", who then delivered a Superman Punch before he almost got a Big Ending. Sheamus won a Fatal 4-Way over Jinder Mahal, Cesaro and Ricochet to become the fifth member of Team Smackdown in the men's Traditional Survivor Series match. Sheamus won with a Brogue Kick on Cesaro when Ridge Holland interfered. Natalya and Shayna Baszler defeated Naomi and Aliyah thanks to a fast pin on Naomi. Jeff Hardy defeated Madcap Moss; afterwards, Drew McIntyre gave Happy Corbin a Claymore. Shinsuke Nakamura beat (Angel) Garza with a KInshasa. Sasha Banks beat Shotzi; Sonya DeVille ordered them to shake hands, but Banks hit a Banks Statement on her Survivor Series teammate.
- Vince McMahon has apologized to Queen Zelina Vega for getting rid of her match that was supposed to been on Smackdown on September 10 due to time considerations. Vega's father was killed in the terrorist attacks.

- WWE has extended its relationship with Special Olympics in a multi year deal. They will sponsor powerlifting at the 2022 Special Olympics USA Game in Orlando.
