She taught elementary school for over 25 years. Aka Barbara E. Fisher, she lives in Sudbury, Massachusetts.

Not to be confused with Barbara Milberg Fisher, the 89-year-old NYC professor/essayist/ballet dancer.

It seems I MAY have her mixed up with another Barbara Fisher, who was born in 1940 and started writing in the 1970s or earlier, but I can't be sure just yet.
