Thank you for describing the situation! What was the date at Nascar and
are there any uncensored video of the chant? I can't find it on youtube
and youtube is Google, all Google has revealed are comments about the
chant, but not the original. Google is *not* a credible news source
any more than NBC is.

It is not at all clear because of Google's censorship but the videos,
like this one, a sequel chant, not the original:

that includes a few seconds of what sounds sounds like "Let's Go Biden"
with the "Let's" replaced by a beep. Where's the Nascar chant, and where's
the NBC announcer saying the chant is "Let's Go Brandon"? And what was the
context, was the anchor jesting or simply didn't want to repeat the chant
with the "F" word? Were their previous announcements by the President or
the Press denouncing Nascar for being racist or hurting the environment?
