Elements:
Wokeness: Charlotte has a Chinese kid who is a musical prodigy. Adopted of course. Miranda's black professor, she's going black to school to get some kind of humanitarian degree to go with her law degree so she can "defend women." A lot of positive references to genders, whatever. Certain smugness of woke makes you want to smack the unworldliness off them.
Chemistry: Seems to be like it was, a bit forced at this point.
Plot: Carrie is on some kind of seedy podcast run by a woke half-man, half-woman and she finds it vulgar. But she's told by the shemale thing she has to step up the dialog to the low-end to stay on the podcast.
Samantha is gone and is basically said to have dumped her friends because Carrie no longer needed a publicist since she no longer writes newspaper or magazine columns. Didn't ring true because a client like Carrie would have been small fish to a major publicist.
Most of the cast is back, including Miranda's husband whose been on Chicago Fire for many years. Carrie's two gay friends are back.
Mr. Big is back...for about 10 minutes, then he drops dead!! Saw it coming a mile away.
