U.S. agreed in Nov. to buy 10 million courses of a covid drug for $5.3 billion. This drug is for people who have serious cases of the disease.

There is probably billions in insider trading going on in the administration and it's impossible to police it all. What they need are computers programmed to monitor the stock trades of all employees involved in decision-making in the administration, pharma companies, their relatives and friends, business associates.
