I’m looking for ideas of what musical instruments might be available for a
six-year-old child to play with. I’m looking for instruments that are,
unlike a guitar, more readily playable. I thought of a small steel drum,
tongue drum, ocarina, xylophone, toy piano. What else? I’m sure there are
some electronic toys out there but I’m not sure what. Is there anything for
iPad that might inspire a young child to play with musical tones?
