The news broke very late.

30 months probation, with the judge ordering the first 150 days spent in
jail. He avoids prison as that will be county jail.

$120,106 in restitution to the city and fined him $25,000

Jussie continued to proclaim his innocence.

The judge said there were multiple aggravating factors, especially
Smollett's own testimony which he called "pure perjury".
