The problem I see with that is you don't know you need to use until the
thief has grabbed the valuables. If you could somehow know a person was
_going to_ grab something then maybe but in the real world I don't see
how it really helps. If anything its going to make it worse by
preventing any efforts to stop them from getting out with the goods.
