The story I read was that she took some people on a Capitol building
tour a day or so before Jan 6. Those same people showed up on the 6th
and seemed to know their way around.

Her best defense, afaics, is that any serious attempt to overturn the
election (or worse) would've been very unlikely to clue her in.
