I don't even have words for how ridiculous that was.

You have to think about this logically. If you are looking for billions
of dollars in stolen gold and come across gold bricks. You know it's
stolen. If you find gold coins, you know they melted the gold and
turned it into coins. Same thing if you located any other items made
out of gold. With one exception. If you come across billions of
dollars worth of gold buttons, then you have no way of knowing where the
buttons came from or that it's the stolen gold. I mean several metric
tons worth of gold buttons can be from anywhere. By turning it into
buttons, there is absolutely no way to ever figure out what happened.
The plan is genius I say! Genius!

Because we keep watching week after week.

I watched:

The Man Who Fell to Earth (Showtime) - "Unwashed and Somewhat Slightly
Dazed" - The man who fell to earth has a talk with the previous man who
fell to earth, now played by Bill Nighy. Meanwhile a pair of shady
government agents (Jimmi Simpson and Kate Mulgrew) take notice that some
strange communications resemble something from 45 years ago and investigate.

The First Lady (Showtime) - "Please Allow Me" - mostly background noise.
And with the exception of the Obama segments, I really couldn't follow
which first lady was being shown. I think in part because they appear
to be jumping around in the first ladies timelines. So something from a
particular decade doesn't mean they are showing the first lady who was
in the White House that decade. I found it all really hard to follow.
And the fact that I was just barely paying any attention didn't help
matters.

9-1-1 - "May Day" - Who does 9-1-1 call when they need help? Watch this
episode to find out.

Better Call Saul - "Hit and Run" - This episode of the Gus, the Chicken
Man show focused on that Saul character no one cares about for some
reason. Gus was hardly in his own show. Hopefully next week they'll
get back to focusing on Gus.
