There appears to be some confusion of claims here...

I (pig) said -- and say -- that the Jan. 6 imagery is the more indelible

the plain fact of an insurrection. Riots are relatively commonplace;
violent attempts to overturn Presidential elections not so much.

As I understand it, prisons are also full of convicts for whom the
government met that burden despite the fact that they didn't commit the
crime. I.e., 'charging' isn't 'conviction' isn't 'guilt'. So?...
