I've seen some videos recently of people trying the different plant
based burgers and they disagree. At least with most of the burgers the
consensus was that the burgers were either as good or in one case
better than the beef burger. That said a couple of the plant burgers
were considered bad. Oh, and this is from people who had no agenda
about saving the planet or anything like that. Just judging on taste.

All that said if I'm going for a burger I'm going for the real thing.
At least until such time as I have no choice. I'm adverse to trying
new things when there's a great choice already available at the same
or less of a price like with burgers.

I don't have a clue about the health benefits of eating any burger but
I just know that the verdict over all was that the plant burgers were
good. This was in a direct comparison among the fast food chains with
their classic burgers and their plant based burgers. Though as I
pointed out there was at least one case where the plant based burger
was judged as tasting far worse. In another case the taste was
apparently there but the texture was off. The others were judged to be
at least as good as the real thing.

foods and typically are high in sodium - which could be a
