In May the mime temporarily replaced a worn out 40 gal water heater with a 10 gal under-the-sink one, until he can find an auction bargain price on a large replacement.

Even with July high temps, you've never seen a white boy move as fast as the mime showering with only 10 gal of hot water before it runs cold.
