Just out of frame in that photo are several right-wingers huddled in
wide-eyed horror, and a bunch of small kids laughing their asses off.

Objectively, what *I* find most disturbing there is the "message" shown
in the proffered book: "It's okay to be proud of yourself." (Hint: No,
it's not. It never is.)
