Not much, as I was tired, and ended up going to bed after the LMN flick:

soaps: GH (recorded) - Thur's ep. OK, there seems to be some minor
payoff from Carly's forced detour to Jacksonville (but it doesn't seem
to be Nelle - at least not yet!!) - Carly runs into the woman whose
husband seduced her as a teen (or whom she seduced?!?!), and while
Carly is defensive, the audience is reminded that Carly started out
bad-bad-bad! (I haven't forgotten! and she's *still* bad!!). Meanwhile,
Brando isn't dead yet, but there were complications during surgery.
Sonny tells Ava & Nikolas about the "hook killer", and confirms that
Nikolas didn't attack Ava. Kristina is questioned by NuNuJordan about
the attack. They seem to imply that Dex may be the Hook Killer!

Dying to Win (LMN) - Is Mia Dinoto an actual gymnist?! This TV flick
showed archival footage that showed that she must be!! I guess IRL,
she's some kind of YouTuber or TikToker.
Anyway, I was kind of hoping for more out of this.
Dinoto plays Jesse, a (retired?) gymnist - she's only 21, but
doesn't seem to compete anymore (why?!!). Instead, now, Jesse's some
kind of social media influencer (art imitating life!?!). Her mother
(Meredith Thomas) is a relatively insane "stage mom". (Despite this,
Jesse keeps saying how much she "loves" her mom - huh?!)
Anyway, first Jesse gets ambushed during a vlogger interview, and
then her Mom and her Mom's boyfriend (who Jesse lusts after) end up
murdered!
Jesse is forced to stay with her agent(?), Cooper (Jacob Taylor).
Based on Taylor's presence, you get only one guess as to who the
baddie turns out to be!!
But the cops wonder if Jesse had her Mom and the boyfriend killed.
This really doesn't go anywhere you don't expect it to, and the
whole thing ends up being some sort of morality play about social media
obsession?!! Meh.
