Here are some wrestling news items for you:

- Smackdown from last week opened with the Brawling Brutes taking on Imperium, who won when Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci used an Imperium Bomb on Ridge Holland. Solo Sikoa officially joined the Bloodline, and then Drew McIntyre arrived with a steel chair to clear the ring. Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah defeated Toxic Attraction in a non-title match when Raquel hit a Tejada Bomb on Gigi Jayne. A Fatal 5-Way was held to detemine the #1 contender to the Smackdown Women's title. Ronda Rousey won when she made Sonya Deville submit. The Street Profits and Hit Row then faced the Maximum Male Models and Los Lotharios. The babyfaces won with a double team by Ashante Thee Adonis and Top Dolla. Braun Strowman appeared, and attacked Alpha Academy. The main event saw Drew take on Sikoa. Then Karrion Kross attacked the Scot as the show faded to black. Literally. In the ratings, the blue brand got 2.367 million viewers, up from the 2.077 million from the Clash at the Castle go-home show.
- AEW Rampage from last week opened with Sammy Guevara and Darby Allin in a first round match in the Grand Slam Tournament of Champions. "The Spanish God" attacked Allin with his skateboard to win. Serena Deeb took on Madison Rayne. Rayne won by submission. The main event saw Claudio Castagnoli take on Dax Harwood for the Ring of Honor World heavyweight title. The Swiss man won by submission with a sharpshooter to retain. In the ratings, Rampage scored 429,000 viewers, over eleven percent from the week before.
- The Miz is getting to be a game show regular. Not only he was on Celebrity Wheel of Fortune and Celebrity Family Feud, he taped appearances for the rebooted version of Pictionary, that debuted last week. Here in Cincinnati, the show airs at 5 and 5:30...a.m.
