Everyone makes mistakes.

Will Donkey makes dozens of mistakes per day, yet obsesses over the two or three mistakes NancyGene and I make per year.

One mistake per year ≠ 60 mistakes per day.

When someone makes as many mistakes as you do, Donkey, it's indicative of a much greater, underlying problem. In your case, one of abject stupidity, ignorance, and schooling (or lack thereof).

We correct Jim's misplaced apostrophes when we review and/or edit his poetry.

Unlike you, Jim doesn't stamp his feet and insist that his errors are correct, so the corrections are made, the poems are improved, and the issue is forgotten.

Were you not such a donkey, you might learn from Jim's example.
