Hebrew is written from right to left, so it's all good !

The head of BEYOND MEAT just got arrested on the charge of terrorism for
yelling that he was going to kill somebody who hit his car.

Also, he bit the guys nose, but it was plant-based.

swastika, nooses,

There go my Halloween decorations

burning crosses or other desecrated religious symbols-- but
the bill specifically states that the definition is not limited to just
those
things. So they've left themselves room to add anything they don't like to
the
list as time goes on.

They'll happily lock you up for putting a picture of Pepe the Frog in your
front window. What do you suppose the over/under is on how long it'll take
before they decree that wearing one of those red Trump ballcaps is a "hate
symbol"?)

It's well-established that if you're a tremendous asshole, you have the
right
to fly the Confederate flag on your own property or even carry a Nazi flag
in
a parade down Main Street. (National Socialist Party of America v. Village
of
Skokie, 432 U.S. 43 (1977)

Hair-Gel signed it, so it is indeed law now). Something like 90% of the
people
in the state assembly are lawyers. They have to know that state censorship
of
even appalling speech is unconstitutional, yet they go ahead and do it
anyway,
and they'll probably spend millions of tax dollars fighting a doomed
defense
of this abortion of a law all up through the court system, where
they'll
ultimately be told by the Supreme Court that they're idiots and of course
the
state can't imprison people for saying things they don't like.

Eunuch Derp continues to have no clue how the law works. It "defies the
First Amendment" when a judge rules that it does. Take the fucking case
to court if it bothers you you fucking pansy.

Holy balls, you motherfuckers are so appallingly stupid you think there
are laws against wearing articles of clothing? Or are you so
appallingly stupid as to think abortion sends the same message as one of
the Oath Keepers with a t-shirt that says "nigger" on it? I love this
group, I see shit I never even dreamed could be stupid enough to say!!

The point I made completely whooshed by you. Also, poor Mr. Schenck
actually did go to prison for being offensive to the president of the
United States whilst leafletting, defined in law as a violation of the
Espionage Act. So, no, this didn't originate with the Viet Nam War era
either.

One has nothing to do with the other. Now go to the museum and argue
with them.

Et tu, Friend? Suddenly your logic and reasoning is on the fritz? I
made a valid point, since its website says it was founded in '29, they
are sort of grandfathered into the use of this outdated "term". I tell
you what I will do, though, I follow an indigenous guy on Twitter who
calls himself "Lakota Man" who is quite vocal about these things to see
what he thinks. I don't have a beef with you for using the museum's own
description.

I should have capitalized the M in museum when I said "There is a
museum of American Indian art in Phoenix." I don't think it was named
for Heard when I was there almost fifty years ago.

All this nonsense aside, it's a very good museum. I spent hours there
and wished I'd had more time.

Oh sure it was. It was the Heard Museum when they used to drag me there 60
years ago.

Looking at Ian‘s Wikipedia article…

It was established by the Heards in 1929. One assumes it’s always had that
name.
