Here are some wrestling news items for you:

- Smackdown from last week opened with Logan Paul. He teased a Las Vegas press conference until the Bloodline and Paul Heyman appeared. (No Roman Reigns, by the way.) Sami Zayn attacked the Bloodline. Paul retreated, and Ricochet arrived for the first match of the show, against Zayn. (Paul and Reigns appeared at the Vegas conference, and it was announced that they would wrestle for the WWE Universal title at Crown Jewel.) Ricochet overcame interference from the Bloodline to get the win. Braun Strowman proved he is "The Monster Among Men" when he thrashed the Maximum Male Models. Alpha Academy tried to take down Strowman. Bayley defeated Raquel Rodriguez when Dakota Kai and IYO SKY interfered. Shotzi chased the heels from the ring, turning babyface. Solo Sikoa defended the NXT North American title against Madcap Moss. Zayn help Sikoa get the pin to retain. The Fatal 4-Way match to determine the #1 contender to the Undisputed WWE World tag team titles was finally held as the main event. The Brawling Brutes defeated the New Day, Imperium and Hit Row to get the shot. In the ratings, the blue brand got 2.215 million viewers, down 6.5 percent from the previous week.

- Rampage from last week opened with Matt Hardy going one on one with Darby Allin. Allin won with a Last Supper, but Brody King attacked him. King issued a challenge to Sting the Crow and Allin for a match at Grand Slam. Claudio Castagnoli, CHris Jericho and Wheeler Yuta did a promo segment. Penelope Ford beat Willow Nighingale by submission. Ethan Page squashe Dannhausen. The main event was Samoa Joe vs. Josh Woods for the Ring of Honor TV title. Joe hit the Muscle Buster and then got the pinfall to retain In the ratings, Rampage drew 471,000 viewers.

- Kenny Omega was not allowed to appear at the TripleMania show for the AAA group in Mexico due to his being suspended (with CM Punk and the Young Bucks) for the fight that occurred after AEW All Out.
