Summer of 2020 - the height of the BLM riots:

"I'm done. I'm now supporting 'Defund the Police' 100%. I already largely
agreed with the substance of the argument and now I'm down for the framing of
it, too. There is no reform or transformation that can fix this. We have to
start over and completely rebuild policing in this country."

Summer of 2022 - before the midterm elections in which Democrats stand to lose
a lot in the face of a pissed off Middle America:

"Will the people who came up with 'Defund the Police' admit they were wrong?
It was wildly counterproductive framing. You don't speak for the Left. And
neither do people pushing the counterproductive 'Abolish Prisons'. Polls show
that almost no one on the Left agrees with you."

These guys must really hate the fact that no matter how many posts they
