The poem is Rachel's. Any perceived racism in it was unintentional.

But the white person's ignorant use of the N word makes it come across as racist no matter what the poet's intent was. If she said this out loud in public she could had easily gotten her ass kicked-- and the Law would also cite her for using "fighting words" as well as her assailant. She knows better, she wouldn't approve of such about her Jewish heritage or her beloved Dylan.

The words are offensive. The poem as a whole doesn't make a lot of sense, so it's difficult to tell what her intentions were. All that we have to go on is her statement that it was meant to be seen as sarcasm (possibly an attempt at reverse satire).

I don't believe that Rachel knows better -- at least, let's say that her discretion is often at the mercy of her illness.
