Congratulations to everyone involved for a flawless JWST launch,
a wonderful Christmas gift for everyone interested in astronomy,
which I watched live.

Now there are only about 300 things that can go wrong over the next
six months of gradual deployment, any one of which could turn the
entire $10 billion mission into a total failure.

Exactly 344 according to several sources including
https://spacenews.com/jwst-launch-marks-only-the-start-of-a-risky-deployment-process/

But about ten percent of them are now in the past, so about 300 remain.
