I looked it up and provided the entire psalm in my followup. This one
turns out to concern turning to ghod in the time of war which kind of
implies that ghod will stop the war or smite thine enemies or that war
is not entirely horrid 'cuz you can take comfort in the existence of ghod.

I find that to be the opposite of comforting as it's trying to distract
from the misery and suffering and death that results from war.
