So a 13 year old kid is out in an alley, with a gun, at 2:53 am. Cop approaches
and the kid runs. Kid ends up shot. Wow! What a shocker! Strange thing is
20, 30 or 40+ blacks are shot every single weekend in Chicago and none of
the left wing Democrats who run the city give a crap. They truly could not
care less. Unless - one of the blacks is shot by a cop. Then it's outrage,
riots, looting and burning. BTW, and I know it's racist of me to even dare ask,
but where were this 13 year oid's parents and what the hell was he doing out at
2:53 am with a gun?

Chicago - The man who was with 13-year-old Adam Toledo the night of
his deadly shooting by a Chicago police officer last year has been
found not guilty.

Ruben Roman, 22, was found not guilty on all charges - three
felony counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and one
felony count of recklessly discharging a firearm. He was taken
into custody moments before Adam Toledo, 13, was shot and
killed by CPD officer Eric Stillman.

Yeah. I heard it on the radio this afternoon. The judge said he thought
he probably had committed the crime but the prosecution hadn't proved
that Roman shot into or at the car, despite video surveillance showing
just that.

There's no dispute that he handed the gun to Toledo, so I sure as hell
don't understand how he couldn't have been convicted on child
endangerment but that wasn't one of the charges.

I'm disgusted with this outcome and I'm sure prosecutors are to blame,
especially for Roman being out on the street at all instead of charged
with probation violations and held due to missed court dates.
