I watched:

NOVA:
"Zero to Infinity". The concepts of zero and infinity didn't always exist.
They've been invented and re-invented by different cultures over thousands of
years. Discovering the surprising story of these key concepts that
revolutionized mathematics.

FAMILY GUY:
"Baby Stewie". Stewie builds a DNA-altering machine that will allow him to
remain smart forever, but the invention has the adverse effect and he instead
transforms into what he should have always been - an actual baby. This was an
odd episode, but worth it to watch Brian drown himself in the toilet. I hated
the Cleveland short.

FAMILY GUY:
"Start Me Up". Peter's non-stop sweating becomes a liability at his company,
so his boss tells him to work from home. Meanwhile, after Stewie and Chris
cause thousands of dollars in damage to an electronics store, the two create
a fake Kickstarter campaign with Brian to pay back the money.Hey, there was a
shoutout to Anim8rfsk! :-(

What did you watch?

Let's go Brandon!

The good news is that I finally demolished my grading backlog
yesterday, so I might actually be able to *watch* stuff this weekend!
But the bad news is that means yesterday I only got through...:

soaps: DOOL - Tues'(?) ep. Paulina fires Leo who proverbially cries on
Sonny's shoulder. It is revealed that Sloane Peterson herself is the
one with the grudge against Paulina Price. Gwen is the reporter on the
Chanel case, but admits to Chad that she really wants to take down
Sloane and DA Trask for her own selfish reasons. Allie manages to visit
Chanel in holding, and Chanel confesses to Allie that she did kill
someone!
GH - Wed ep. Nothing really happened in this one, except TempNikolas
is about to wisk Esme out of town when Esme claims something is wrong
with her and the baby... and she may actually be telling the truth.
(Will be an interesting plot twist if they have Esme lose the baby here
- I'm guessing she will be turned over to the cops if that happens...)
Nikolas manages to get Lizzie to come over to "consult" in her capacity
as a nurse. I think Lizzie also kicked Jeff Webber out of town.

Recorded for later: Stargirl (ep. #3.11) - I'm guessing I have just 2
more ep's to go before collecting a full season #3 set.

--
"Who would ever do this to him!?" - HottCiara on DOOL (04-27-2020), asking
who would stab Victor Kirakis... How about ANYONE WHO'S EVER MET HIM??!!

and what happened to Louise?

NCIS:H apparently 'H' stands for more than hawaii. 25% of this show is about
a certain relationship with no connection to the main story. speaking of which
no explanation for who the father was which should have been a major
investigation thread

I watched:

DC's Stargirl: - "Frenemies - Chapter Eleven: The Haunting" - An old
enemy returns. Just above background noise.

Chucky - "He Is Risen Indeed" - Episode from last week. We find out
what happened to Andy. I was *not* happy with what happened to Andy!
But he's back now and once again on the warpath against Chucky. So is
Kyle. My ongoing question about the red head girl really being evil was
answered when Chucky straight up murdered her. That makes the second
child Chucky has killed this season. Unless I'm forgetting a kid from
Child's Play 3, Chucky has never killed a child before. And now he's
killed 2 in one season. Although the reason I'm not sure about "3" is
he definitely *tried* to kill a lot of kids in that movie.

Andor (Disney+) - "Daughter of Ferrix" - With the passing of Andor's
mother the Empire sees an opportunity to lure Andor home for her
funeral. Meanwhile, their little droid is grieving her loss, and you
*will* care about that little droid! But this episode isn't all sorry
and sadness, there is also a completely unexpected space battle. Yet
another great episode. 11 for 11.

Law & Order: SVU - "Dead Ball" - I forgot to mention I watched this
episode the other day. Team SVU goes after a sports star who pays off
his victims.

There's a problem with the hierarchy of power on the show. For example,
Pat's battle robot should be treated as much more powerful than it is
currently treated, and certainly able to kick the shit out of the ooh
scary monster they've introduced. But the kids are the stars, so all of
them are treated as superior to STRIPE and as the equals of Starman.

And if we're being honest, the kids are, well, minors, and shouldn't be
allowed by the grownups to risk their lives as they do.

Oh, and I finished the first season of _The Lincoln Lawyer_ on Netflix.
It's O.K., but there came a point where I could see a major development
telegraphed a mile away, but it took forever for the characters to be
clued in on it. The lead also falls for an obvious ploy at one point,
which seems out of character for what is supposed to be the smartest guy
in the room.
