Umm, you do understand that DareDevil had echolocation powers that allowed
him to effectly see, right?

On a related noted, Daredevil was Marvel's version of Batman, and The Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles were based on DareDevil.

He’s got a hell of a lot more than that. His fingertips are so sensitive
that he can read printed material.

It was a comic book exaggeration of the old saw about blind people
getting more acute senses.
