Still grading. Just:

soaps: GH (commercial-free, off The Hulu!!) - Mon's and Tues' ep's.
Disappointingly, the "truth" didn't come out during Portia's and
Curtis' wedding, even though Portia could have acted more twitchy and
"guilty" if she tried!!... Meanwhile, Obrecht "guilts" BitchyCarly into
a visit with Willow - surprisingly, Obrecht didn't try to lobby Willow
on Nina's behalf. And Willow (and pretty much everyone else) are now
acting like Willow's a goner for sure, which mean she's about to be
"saved", but unless they bring Nelle back (and I see no evidence that
she's coming back), I don't see how!

The Ark (recorded) - "Get Out and Push" (ep. #3). Covered in Anim's
separate "The snARK S01E03 "Get out and Push"" thread, so just go there.
I will say, in general, I enjoy this show and find it passably
entertaining. But the science on the show is getting *even more awful*,
and a lot of the character stuff is unnecessarily eyeroll-worthy.
With better (e.g. more scientificly literate!) writers, this show
could be kind of great! But, with how it is, it'll never be more than a
"guilty pleasure", unfortunately...

"Who would ever do this to him!?" - HottCiara on DOOL (04-27-2020), asking
who would stab Victor Kirakis... How about ANYONE WHO'S EVER MET HIM??!!

Saved for later.

This will be a multiday catch up. I watched:

Star Trek: Picard: "The Next Generation" - Season 3 premier. Picard
receives a mysterious message from Beverly Crusher, the well known
action hero. The message is a call for help, but warns him to trust no
one and don't tell Star Fleet. So Picard goes to his trusty former
first officer Riker, and the two of them cook up a plan to steal a
starship and rescue her. The episode felt very theatrical in the way
everything was filmed and the score which reused the scores from the
various movies. Things got off to a slow but interesting start.

Law & Order - "Heroes" - Shawn Hatosy guest stars as a cop who is an eye
witness to a crime but insists he didn't see anything.

Accused - "Kendall's Story" - This episode of the crime anthology series
starred Malcolm-Jamal Warner as a father on trial for murdering the man
who sexually assaulted his young daughter. Wendell Pierce plays a cop
who spends way more time going after the guy who killed the guy who
assaulted the little girl than the assaulter in the first place.

People Like Us (Netflix disc rental) 2012 drama starring Chris Pine as a
self-centered man who returns home for his father's funeral and
discovers his father left a lot of money to a half sister (Elizabeth
Banks) and nephew he never knew existed. Instead of coming clean to
them about who he is, he contemplates keeping the money for himself.
Olivia Wilde and Michelle Pfeiffer also star. I guess it was OK.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (theatrical) - Third Ant-Man movie
which finds Ant-Man facing off against an Avengers level threat when
he's sucked into the Quantum realm by Kang the conqueror (Jonathan
Majors). Kang has been trapped in the Quantum Realm and needs help from
Team Any-Man to get out. Kang being Kang, he makes Ant-Man an offer he
can't refuse. Overall I liked the movie. There were a few questions
(plot holes?) I had at the end of the movie. I watched one of those
ending explained break down videos and the guy doing the video noticed
the same things I noticed but didn't have any answers either.

It’s like they storyboarded it by cutting together pieces from TOS movies
and then just re-shot it with old people.

They shot the TOS movies with old people, too. ;-)

That reminds me, I didn't get to go last year but I will be going to
this year's big Vegas Star Trek convention where Shatner and the
remaining TOS crew will be headlining. Along with all the new Trek
actors of course.

Once the guest list is finalized it will be well over 100 guests. They
are getting the Cast of The Orville to appear too. I was *very* happy
to see that but some people were complaining The Orville cast shouldn't
be there because they aren't Trek. Sometimes I just don't know what to
say...

People like that reminds me of the old saying, "This is why we can't
have good things." Anyway they are appearing too and I'm glad.

Sounds cool. I might take drive to Vegas and check it out. (Assuming it isn't
like Comic Con and sold out within minutes of tickets going on sale, that
is.)
