I'm not sure one can "fan" a revolver with a transfer bar safety? I called my buddy and asked
him and he also isn't sure but we both lean toward "no", as we believe the trigger must be reset
(released) and pulled again for the transfer bar to rise up so the hammer can strike it and thus
the firing pin.
