Google image search for “mountain goat“.
You don’t even need any other modifiers for your search.
The first couple dozen hits will look almost exactly like that with a small
head, and the fringe down the spine. About the only difference is that this
seems to have White antlers and most pictures display dark antlers.
But it’s definitely a mountain goat. Which, by the way, are apparently
antelopes and not goats.

I don't actually see ANY antlers, black or white, but the intervening
tree branches make that part of the head hard to see for long enough.
This critter seems to have an enormously muscular back and legs, more
than I had expected to see on a goat and more like what you'd see on a
bear but it's not so easy to tell the size of this thing since there are
no objects whose size we're actually sure of in the frame, such as a
letter box or what have you. But an antelope is not a goat and I have no
particular expectations for the size or muscularity of an antelope.
