I'm puzzled by a couple of things in the article.

From the sound of it, she would never have pressed charges against the
people who robbed her store. So why did she run after them, the act that
ultimately caused her to die? Why not let her property go and hope that
it did the thieves some good?

One of the pictures in her shop says "Who needs capitalism?". Does this
mean she gave her baked goods away for free? If not, how did she justify
charging for them? No matter how you justify the cost of something some
hard Left type inevitably declares that whatever you're charging is too
much because whatever you spend the money on is somehow empowering
oppression of someone.

If the police are serious about investigating this case as a
homicide they need hard questioning of her family and friends.
After all, they have been vocal about wanting her killers to
be free. They might know the killers.

I interpret the comment to mean she checked the organ donor
box on her Driver's License. So did I, but I haven't been bragging

Instincts, indecision, uncertainty. No one knows what someone might
do if they are robbed, which is why robbers often enough turn out
to be murderers. Her political conviction in favor of the robbers
may have not been enough to keep her from attacking the robbers,
and dying therefrom.
