Excellent question though I'm not at all convinced that "modern
society is all-out hating of straight white men" though no question
some people definitely are. And I do boycott organizations and
networks that indulge in that.

My bottom line is "screw it - I'm going to say and try to do the right
thing no matter what and if anybody's offended that's on them not me.
I know I don't target people - and if anybody thinks otherwise
they're wrong" and as for occasionally putting one's foot in it that's
going to happen to everybody occasionally and I >won't< jump unless
they persist in it or otherwise be a twit.
