an inferiority complex
was at the root
of my bitterness
but they don’t understand,
my jellied arms
become Hulk-like
my hair sweeps
as a sublime crown
and best, I’m hidden while
exposing all the fools
so easy to bait
with hate.

in your perfect garden,
it’s there
you’ll see me slither
away
back into the shadows
where dampness
is friend.

I am nobody
without somebody
to ride,
my keyboard filled
with breakfast, lunch
dinner crumbs
for I have work to do
before my mommy
tells me
to take out the garbage
when she doesn’t
even know
the garbage I spew
is my strength.

They speak of
Inferiority, don’t they know

and my minions respond?
