Not to mention that it's NOT specifically Muslim - one of the most
notorious Canadian "honor killing" cases involves a Sikh husband and
wife who encouraged their daughter (who had married someone they
didn't approve of) and gifted her plane tickets to India to visit her
sister who had recently had a baby and while there arranged for her to
meet a hitman...

It Isn't just Catholics who might say that though it's far more likely
to be a method of one arriving there as opposed to being a favorite
pastime down there.
