Anheuser-Busch was slammed online over the weekend after running a pro-

A shocking report, titled The 8 March Principles for a Human Rights-Based

international legal experts with the backing of the United Nations appears to
open the floodgates to normalize sex with minors. The House Judiciary
Committee, led by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), met in Manhattan today. The
hearing, concerning the victims of violent crime, examined how Manhattan
District Attorney Alvin Braggs pro-crime, anti-victim policies have led to
an increase in violent crime and a dangerous community for New York City

downtown Chicago Saturday night, leaving two teenage boys shot and lots of

Not much:

The Blacklist (recorded) - "The Freelancer: Pt. 2" (ep. #10.7). This
was better than the previous couple of episodes, though probably not by
much.
In this one, Red hides out/shacks up with one of his Latino
underlings - I think abuelita was trying to make romantic overatures to
Red!!
It turns out, the titular Blacklister, along with Wujing, were
trying to set the Task Force up - they were feeding Red intel through
Red's "host" underling, in order to monitor how Task Force responded to
the threats. IOW, Wujing was attempting to document a link between Red
and the Task Force.
At the end, Wujing hires an assassination team we've seen before.

soaps: GH - Felicia runs across Holly, and they are captured by
Victor's men, who produce... Holly's son, Ethan Lovett (but not played
by Nathan Parsons, 'natch, but by a new actor), still alive! Chase goes
before the police review board, with Blaze and Brook Lynn speaking on
his behalf - the board is about to render their decision. Carly and
Josslyn get roped into helping with Willow's impromptu wedding - Willow
also asks Carly to help mend fences between Michael and Sonny, if
Willow croaks. (Interesting that Nina doesn't get the same
consideration...)

I then rewatched most of "Big Lies in a Small Town" on LMN, as I didn't
remember what happened.

"Who would ever do this to him!?" - HottCiara on DOOL (04-27-2020), asking
who would stab Victor Kirakis... How about ANYONE WHO'S EVER MET HIM??!!

Stargate SG-1, S3E01 'Into the Fire'
"Col. O'Neill, Sam Carter and Daniel Jackson have been taken prisoner by
Hathor, who wants one of them to become a host. O'Neill is the one
chosen but he gets help from an unexpected source. Teal'c, who has
formally resigned from SG command, returns to Chulak where he seeks out
his mentor Master Bra'tac and tries to convince the locals to rebel
against their captors. At SG command, General Hammond learns of the
prisoners' location but after an unsuccessful attempt at rescuing them,
joins Teal'c and Bra'tac in a second rescue mission."

Trivia: "One of the rare occasions in which we see General Hammond go
off-world and personally take an active role on a mission."

Gen. Hammond: "So I would like all of those willing to attempt the
rescue of SG-1 to take one step..." Tromp, tromp. *pause* "Very well.
SG units 3, 5, 6 and 11, bring them home."

History's Greatest Mysteries, S4E09, 'Decoding the Mysterious
Antikythera Mechanism'
"An ancient mechanical device found on a 2,000-year-old shipwreck has
become known as the world's first computer; the machines is centuries
more advanced than historians thought possible, but its origin and true
purpose are shrouded in secrecy."

Some of the "theories" on this one are *whistles* way out there.
Atlantis, Ancient Aliens and time travel all pop up in this one. They
are pretty clear on what the parts of they do have are supposed to be
for but who and how it was invented are just way outside our best guesses.

I don't remember this, but maybe I wasn't paying close attention. Is
this the one that started out on the ferry?

I watched:

Fantasy Island - "War of the Roses (And the Hutchinsons) - Two couples
head to Fantasy Island to live out their fantasies, but it (mild spoiler
here) turns out the two couples know each other and are enemies. The
only way to make their fantasies works is to overcome their differences
and work together. It was an OK light episode. Predictable, but OK. I
actually guessed the two fantasies were going to sync up someway before
the sync up.

9-1-1 - "Performance Anxiety" - More wacky accidents needing 9-1-1
calls. Although I was on the edge of my seat for the bakery shop
accident, not wanting a certain employee to come to harm. The
bodybuilding segment was a little too graphic for my tastes. Although
seeing someone nearly get their arm ripped off in the early segment
wasn't actually pleasant to watch either!

Cobra (Cinemax) - I mentioned I was watching this the other day. I
finished the movie. It was mediocre.

Yes - I am mostly caught up now. But #10.8 (aired on Sunday) & #10.9
seem to be a two-parter, so I will wait to watch these until next week.

I believe this is one of the few Stallone flicks I have never seen. And
I have even seen "Over the Top"!!

I think they are calling a lot of this season's episodes "part 2" when
they are really just catching up with past season's blacklisters that
Wujing is connecting with.

Same. Now that I've crossed "Cobra" off the list I think I'll continue
to leave "Over the Top" unwatched.

I’ve actually seen nighthawks, but it was so long ago I don’t remember much
about it.

One of my channels was showing Rocky a couple days ago. I’ve never seen
that except for the obligatory clips that everyone has seen. I tuned in as
he was pushing hard for Smoochees from Tallia Shire who looked like a 12
year old boy, and it was just way too creepy. So now that’s all I’ve seen
of Rocky.

Stallone screwed up the traffic on the 59th Street Bridge for several
days during shooting, and the city couldn't stop itself from screwing
things up even more. Stallone seemed surprised by all the blowback.

I don't think I've ever seen Nighthawks. I was vaguely aware a movie
with that name existed, but knew nothing else about it. It looks sort
of interesting. It's not available to stream for free. I'll keep an
eye out if it airs again.

Here's a good bit more of New York City at its finest.

a good 27 minute clip from the movie starting off with Stallone being
undercover as a woman.
