Expedition

I'm that madman you know
looking under every leaf for answers
to one thousand questions.

There are none but the instinctive
inhale exhale that alows the search to continue
and at the end of the journey you'll find
those steps taken can be all wrong or, for some,
all right.

Love assures future generations, hate
culls, friendship provides a walk that isn't taken alone.

The last exhale will bring the answers, for darkness
holds the key to everything that was searched for.
