Your tv state's attorney for Cook County Kim Foxx is not seeking
re-election. She made it official with her lunchtime address to the
business forum City Club of Chicago, today, 4/25/2023.

Her "friends" started leaking the news last night. Political reporter
Mary Ann Ahern of WMAQ (NBC O&O) broke the story in time for last
night's 10 pm news broadcast, then WLS-TV (ABC O&O) has been stating the
story all morning at a fait accompli based on what mutliple people told
them. No one can ever allow the politician to make his own
announcements.

She can't help but go out on a bad note. Just this morning, Annelisse
Rivera, aunt of deceased six-month-old Cristian Uvidia, went on Fox &
Friends to slam Foxx for filing misdemeanor charges against the two
misguided yout's who stole a vehicle, then crashed it into the vehicle
carring the baby and other family members.

Her lastest unethical behavior in response to celebrity suck up and
potential for nationwide publicity was having dropped state charges
versus R. Kelly in January with the excuse that mutliple federal
jurisdictions were prosecuting him and she didn't want to spend the
money. After a made-for-tv movie, Foxx went on national tv to call for
R. Kelly victims from decades ago to come forward to complain, whose
cases were not part of various federal prosecutions.

Well, a number of women did come forward to subject themselves to the
glare of publicity to describe the disgraceful crimes that had been
perpetrated against them as children.

Foxx knew at the time that decades-old cases would have been hard to
prosecute and expensive, but it meant national publicity for herself. In
the end, she chose to fail the victims, same as all her predecessors.

What do you think Foxx will do next? Can I safely assume she will "fail
upwards" (like Biden falling on the Air Force One stairs) and run for
governor or maybe even President? Or does she have so much money that
she's simply going to retire to a beach? Or take the middle ground and
enter the lucrative field of being an expert analyst/commentator in the
media somewhere?

I assume she'll become a high-priced defense attorney.
