Here are some wrestling news items for you:

- AEW Dynamite opened with Wardlow addressing Christian Cage's challenge for the TNT title. Cage came out alongside Luchasaurus and both heels attacked Wardlow, bending a ladder in the process. Darby Allin and Orange Cassidy faced Big Bill and Lee Moriarty in the first match of the night. Allin won with a headlock takeover. No Sting the Crow. The Blackpool Combat Club attacked the Young Bucks backstage. Sammy Guevara squashed someone named Exodus Prime. Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal were supposed to be interviewed, but FTR showed up. Karen Jarrett hit Cash Wheeler with a low blow and Jeff gave Dax Harwood backstage. Satnam Singh double chokeslammed FTR. Then Jarrett and Lethal performed smash hits with guitars on the helpless babyfaces. Toni Storm and Ruby Soho of the Outcasts faced Dr. Britt Baker DMD and Hikaru Shida in tag team action. Storm won for the former WWEers with Storm Zero on the dentist. Chris Jericho then faced Roderick Strong in a falls count anywhere match. The JAS were banned from the arena. Strong won with the help of his former Undisputed ERA teammate Adam Cole. It took place outside the arena, so it was legal. "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry defeated Rush after a rollup; after the bell, La Faccion Ingobernable attacked Boy until Allin appeared, only for LFI to attack him. Guevara came out to make the save. Jay White defeated Ricky Starks by DQ after Starks used a chair. In the final segment, Don Callis appeared to explain his attack on Kenny Omega on the previous Dynamite. Omega's music hit and but then came the Blackpool Combat Club to attack Omega. Jon Moxley announced that the BCC was the real Elite. "Hangman" Adam Page and the real Elite appeared to clear out the ring to close the show. Tony Khan appeared to announce AEW Collision will premiere on TNT. In the ratings, Dynamite slipped to 814,000 viewers.

- Speaking of Tony Khan, he and CM Punk have been arguing about Punk's return to the company on what is supposed to be the debut of Collision. A snag is Punk's friend Ace Steel, who was in the altercation between Punk, Omega and the Young Bucks at the All Out pay per view. Steel reportedly has been working remotely for the company, and he wants to return to the road. Punk was removed from Collision promotional materials.

- Speaking of people named Khan, WWE CEO Nick Khan said today during a discussion at JPMorgan Global Technology. Media and Communications that Raw may leave Monday nights permanently for the first time since 1993. He also said that Raw will remain three hours. Raw will probably made changes to the the red brand show at 10 pm to appeal to an older audience. Anyone remember Raw Underground? Also, he teased that a third hour may be added to Smackdown. it is unknown whether both shows will remain on USA and Fox respectively after the current contracts expire.
