I'd love to see Republicans "reform" welfare so that those who are
likely to apply for welfare and likely to vote Republican still receive

make enough to afford both housing and groceries. And it also includes
retired and disabled people who can't work. Among those not working
people caring for their grandchildren whose parents work.
