I love that the author repeatedly denies that he's writing for the
Babylon Bee.

This is horrifying and sad. If I hire an attorney who went through
these courses and lose in court, is this proof of inadequate
representation?

Pretty much right in line with this week's commencement speech at CUNY Law
School, which declared all law to be a tool of white supremacy.

That's the giveaway: This course is coded advocacy for collectivism.
Questioning whether there's any value to the individual vs the "collective
good".
