Here are some wrestling news items for you:
- NXT from last week opened with a weaponized steel cage match between Gigi Golin and Jaci Jayne. Jayne won when she put Golin through a table for the win. Noam Dar and his pals interrupted Carmelo Hayes' promo, and got a NXT Championship match against Hayes. Wes Lee and Tyler Bate then faced the Dyad. Bate won a Tyler Driver 98 on Jagger Reid. Tiffany Stratton celebrated her NXT Women's tag team title during a Tiffanybration, but the NXT ladies interrupted, and Lyra Valkyria dropkicked her. Blair Davenport made her return, attacking Dani Palmer. Joe Coffey then faced Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo. The co-holder of the NXT tag team titles pinned Stacks. After they had an altercation earlier, Ivy Nile went against Cora Jade. Jade won after an Impact DDT. In the main event, Dar faced Hayes for the NXT title. Melo won with a Nothing But Net, but then Baron Corbin - a free agent - hit the champ with End of Days. In the ratings, NXT drew 607,000 viewers.
- Jeff Jarrett has filed a trademark for the word "heat".

- Tony Khan will announce the main event of the debut of AEW Collision tomorrow night on Dynamite.
