I suppose you could ban Black people from owning guns, as this would cut
the murder rate in half (the rate for Whites in the U.S. is on par with Belgium
and Canada) but that's an unconstitutional violation of their natural human
rights and most of the guns used in crimes are stolen anyways.

And considering their history in the U.S. a Black person would have to be
an absolute fool NOT to own a gun.

Shit can happen anywhere but math doesn't lie, your odds of being killed
or assaulted by a Black person are far greater than a White person.

We just had an incident here in Detroit where a Black guy tried to walk
out of a gas station without paying for something and the attendant
hit the auto-lock on the door to hold him until the cops arrived.

The Black guy opened fire and killed one innocent customer and
wounded two others and of course the city of Detroit is prosecuting
the gas station attendant for manslaughter...

It's actually about 55%, if Hispanics are counted as a separate ethnicity.

That's legitimate but ignores the racial chategorization. The federal
government through OMB recategorizes "Hispanic" every few years, changing
it shortly after the census. For a long time, it was White Non-Hispanic
and Black Non-Hispanic (there was no Asian Non-Hispanic, really
confusing when it comes to Spain's former Asian colonies) but Hispanic
was typically reported as combined White and Black.

Lumping immigrants in with those who are born here is a mistake, and for
crime statistics, it might make more sense to count a Hispanic ethnic as
white or black while counting Hispanic non-immigrant visa foreign national
separately.

I think the federal government dropped white- and black-non-Hispanic and
just lets everyone self describe.
