Here are some wrestling news items for you:

- Raw from last week opened with Rhea Ripley appearing. Adam Pearce presented her with a new Women's World Championship belt.Dominik Mysterio showed up, and then Cody Rhodes. He challenged Dom to a match at Money in the Bank. The Miz attempted to attack, but Dom gave a cheap shot. That led to a match between the Miz and Cody. "The American Nightmare" won after a Cross Rhodes. Becky Lynch cut a promo where she said she hadn't won the Women's MITB ladder match, and wanted to win it in front of British fans. Zoey Stark came out, followed by Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green. That led to a match between Lynch and Green. "The Man" won by submitting Green to a Dis-Arm-Her. In the final men's MITB qualifier, Damien Priest faced Matt Riddle. Priest won with a Razor's Edge. Imperium came out and attacked Riddle. A match between Bronson Reed and Ricochet ended in DQ when Shinsuke Nakamura appeared.. Reed gave a lariat to "The King of Strong Style". Finn Balor called out Seth "Freakin'" Rollins, and the champ appeared. Rollins is so over that while he was cutting a promo, the crowd continued to sing along to his theme song. Raquel Rodriguez faced Shauna Baszler, who won with a folding press and interference from Ronda Rousey. Chad Gable went one on one with Erik. The Olympian won with a Sunset Flip. In the main event, Sami Zayn and Kevin.Owens defended the undisputed WWE tag teamtitles against Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser. Zayn hit a Blue Thunder Driver on Kaiser for the pain to retain. In the ratings, Raw dropped to 1.595 viewers up against what turned out to be the final game of the NBA Finals.

- NXT opened with Wes Lee, Tyler Bate and Mustafa Ali taking on
Schism. Bate won by pinning Jagger Reid with a Tyler Driver. Rollins appeared to.accept a challenge from Bron Breakker at Gold Rush, which Shawn.Michaels announced would be a two night event. Thea Hail followed up her win in the number one contenders battle royal by defeating Cora Jade after interference from Dana Brooke. Noah Dar was attacked by Nathan Frazer and couldn't defend the Heritage Cup. Oro Mensah replaced him, and Frazer won the match 2-1 under Heritage Cup rules. In a 2-on-1 match, Axiom.and Scripts defeated Dabba-Kato after a Golden Axiom. After the match,Angel.Garza and Humberto Carillourned to lay out the former Reggie and A-Kid. Edris Enofe took on his tag team partner Malik Blade,who won with a small package. Roxanne Perez then took on Tatum Paxley. Perez won by reversing a rollup. In the main event, Baron Corbin faced Ilja Dragunov to
determine Carmelo Hayes' opponent at Gold Rush. Breakker came out to interfere, and that led Corbin to hit End of Days for the pin. For I will face Hayes for the NOT title. In the ratings, NXT scored 581,000 viewers.
