State offices were closed. There weren't extra crowds downtown today and
the state office building is three blocks west. Plus they are closed on
Monday for the Tuesday federal holiday. Monday is not a state holiday.

The downtown setup was about 2 weeks. But US 41 was closed Thursday and Friday when working people still commute even on the ( not so much) Express Buses.

No, the longest portion of the route is on Shoreline Drive, which is basically
the major road through the harbor area.

Shoreline isn't a major commuter route like US 41. Nascar hosed workers.
