You know how police pulling someone over who find large amounts of cash
are immediately suspicious and seize it without a warrant?

You know who has really really really large amounts of cash? Armoured
cars!

A sheriff in California has been seizing cash from an armoured car
service that serves marijuana shops that are complying with state law.
In the new scam, they turn the seized cash over to the feds, and there's
an 80/20 split in favor of the sheriff.

The service couldn't get a temporary restraining order to prevent the
sheriff from continuing to make seizures. Also, the feds were ignoring
federal appropriations bill that prohibited them from spending money
seizing monies under these circumstances.

Steve Lehto is a Michigan attorney who makes hundreds of videos. What he
talks about is interesting but he tends to repeat his points; these
videos should be a lot shorter.
