I think you found The Black Tape Project. It's a thing that's been going
on at Miami Swim Week (the big annual swimwear fashion show) for four
years. Somebody hires 100 or so runway models. There's an artist. The
models where nothing but tape that gets decorated a bit, or not.

I don't get it. There's no fashion line being sold. Who pays for this?
