- Raw from last week opened with Cody Rhodes cutting a promo about him facing Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam. Hid family was there. But then Lesnar showed up and attacked "The American Nightmare. Matt Riddle faced Gunter in a match where Giovanni Vinci and Ludqig Kaiser were banned from ringside. "The Ring General" won with a powerbomb. The Judgment Day cut a promo, but then Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn . Damien Priest challenged them to a tag team title match. KO accepted. Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez le put their Women's tag team titles on the line against Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green. The latter won the match and the titles. Chad Gable and Otis went at the Viking Raiders next in a Viking Rules match. IVar and Erik powerbombed Otis to get the pin. Shayna Baszler squashed Nikki Cross by submission. Ronda Rousey appeared to challenge The Queen of Spades at SummerSlam. Miz TV had Becky Lynch as guest. "The Man" tossed away the set and wanted Trish Stratus. The Hall of Famer agreed to meet Lynch, but only if Lynch can beat Zoey Stark. The heels then attacked "Big Time Becks." Shinsuke Nakamura faced Bronson Reed. Tommaso Ciampa attacked Reed, who won by DQ. in the main event, Owens and Zayn faced Priest and Dominik Mysterio for the tag team titles. Seth "Freakin'" Rollins came outta nowhere to attack Finn Balor. The finish had Morgan attack Rhea Ripley. Zayn then hit a Helluva Kick on "Dirty Dom" to retain,. In the ratings, Raw got 1.881 million viewers, up 72,000 from last week.

- NXT from last week opened with champion Carmelo Hayes blaming Ilja Dragonuv for their tag team loss from last week. Both had a staredown. Angel Garza and Humberto Carillo faced Nathan Frazer and Dragon Lee in the first match of the night. Frazier gave Humberto a tilt-a-whirl inverted DDT for the win. Gigi Dolin then faced Kiana James. The latter put away Doiin on top of a bag. Axiom and Scrypts then took on Bronco Nima and Lucien Price. Scrypts turned on Axio, and that led to the new team getting theduke. Tony D'Angelo and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo celebrated in the ring, and then Gallus walked out. Thea Hail then went one on one with Elektra Lopez. The Chase U student made Lopez submit with a Kimura. oro Mensah stunned Eddy Thorpe with a running spinning head kick in the corner. Roxanne Perez and Blair Davenport had an interview segment, but Perez walked away. The main event was Wes Lee putting the North American title on the line against Dominik. Rhea, Damien and Finn all played a role in the match, which saw Dirty Dom cover Lee for the pin to become the new champion. In the ratings, NXT saw an uptick in the ratings, getting 746,000 viewers. up 75,000 from July 11.

- WWE quietly canceled its Vintage program recently. The show - which showed highlights of matches from its library - never aired in the U.S.
