Truth is an absolute defense against libel claims. The judge and jury WOULD be wondering why Jordy's Creepy Uncle decided to use his nephew's name, why Jordy's Creepy Uncle seems to have to live in a controlled environment, and why he posts as he does. (Hello, same to you, good evening)
