House of Black defended the AEW Trios titles against Action Andretti, Darius Martinez and Lee Johnson in a match under House of Black rules. Brody King won the match with a lariat to retain. Jay White then faced Metalik. White won with a Bladerunner. In the main event, CM Punk faced Ricky Starks for the Real World Championship, with Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat as guest enforcer. Punk won with a lariat, and after the bell Starks attacked Steamboat with "The Dragon"'s belt. Collision's ratings with SummerSlam as the main opposition, with only 417,000 viewers.
